Frequently asked questions
We are happy to help anyone who needs support. As long as you can provide us with good information about your situation, we can help wherever you are.
Yes, absolutely. We can work with you over email, on the phone or via video call depending on your preference.
Payment is required when confirming your consultation booking.
Our core sessions include strategy advice and on-the-spot resource modelling. We also offer a Bespoke Resource Service for custom-made, laminated Social Stories and Visual Timetables (tailored to your child’s specific interests and needs) starting from £15 per item. These are designed to support significant transitions, such as moving house, medical appointments, or starting a new school.
A initial one hour session costs £45.
This varies very much depending on your specific requirements. The time is yours to spend however you think will serve you best. We can spend the time with your child to try and identify specific suggestions for their care and development or help by enhancing the home environment to promote emotional and sensory wellbeing. We can talk to you about strategies for school or advise on where additional support can be found. We can create social stories to prepare for an upcoming transition or event or to target a specific behaviour such as pushing. Our aim is to find the best way to help your specific situation.
Whilst we cannot directly influence the process of gaining an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) for your child, we can provide detailed observations and reports that can be used as evidence for EHCP applications or reviews. Our interventions are specifically designed to meet the 'Outcomes' listed in a child's existing plan, ensuring a joined-up approach between home and school.
